Expert help needed: Colorizing b&w photo + sharpening

    I have 1 photo of my grandpa, he is black and white and poor quality. First thing i wanna do is to make it larger and improve the photo quality. Second thing is that whant to get some color on the photo, lets say turn black and white into color.
    Question 1: how to seriously enlarge an image and improve quality(i used Topaz shitty apps but it wont work)
    Question 2: How to get somo color in my image? i am a noob in photoshop.
    Please no stupid answers as this is the only image from my grandfather and i realy would like to have a better photo from him.
