    some legends say you extract the audio to a file and mux it with a static image into a video, then upload the muxed file into youtube and let youtube create auto captions, then download the caption file from youtube, and load it to our video, I haven't tried though.
    Maybe be we should be able to automate the process and create a youtube account for our forum to do the translating
