Thanks @jbgood47 - it is hard to judge who is the fastest in this community to respond to a request, but you are definitely in the top 3. But I will say the same to you that I say to Nikon4life, please get out and enjoy some shooting (I don't know about the others, as for me personally, I can be patient). Thanks for your feedback As my digital library is expanding I use Alfa eBooks Manager to keep track on all my digital books and I can also recommend the app Everything by Voidtools for blazing fast index search tool for your external and internal hard drivers.

 

I always like to learn about how others are managing their libraries. Regrettably as a Mac user since 1984, there are lots of tools unavailable to me. I use Calibre and I am rather anal when it comes to meta-data-ing my ebook/pdf entries (current total: about 5,300 of which 2,000 are photo-related, so probably your collection makes mine look miniscule). I even try to fix broken epubs with software like jutoh. Thanks for sharing.
