I too would like to know this. I purchased gold with TP last week 6/27 and between then and now, the promotion started and I don't have an email/notification. Is there a way for me to purchase a 2 months or do I need to cancel my 1 month and start it again?

I tried for 6 months to get that offer and it was never available, oddly enough I decided not to go gold bc there was not much shared with gold tags that I needed and just the day before yesterday a tried and for the first time there was the 2 month special going on an purchased it. First time I ever got it since I joined here. I do not think you are going to get a response from anybody before th offer expires, which it may have already, and I do not think they will give you back your credits in order to buy the special offer...
