    Agreed. @h1ghm1nd is there any way to make it 'externally' editable?/allow prefix modification to be accessible via thread tools? Just because opening up each thread to change it takes a fair bit longer than selecting a bunch of threads within a sub and batch applying a status.

    Furthermore - and perhaps limited to mod/admin - a 'dead' prefix rather than moving things to the trash. That way people can i) know it's dead ii) offer a mirror should they have one.

    Yes, you can edit them from the list (search results). Just check the Moderator Tools menu, enable moderation for Threads, select the items, and then choose the "Add prefix" action.

    I have removed the "Free" prefix.
    If it isn't gold then you do not have to put a prefix.
    This is because I do not want to confuse people to think that the content is actually free stuff.

    that sometimes was written wrong (not in the proper way) creating bad feelings (thinking was "free" and not for "gold members")

    If "Dead" prefix is only for moderator how can you know if (when) the thread have new link/mirror ?
    I think should be much more direct - ex. new link - no more Dead
    also....if I remember well (I had PM with @h1ghm1nd ) Thread Owner has 15 days to ReUp when comes up a request from member that has reported dead link.
    I think "Dead Prefix" should be little more reThinked, do u?

    OK if you see a Dead post and want to share your copy, make a new post then let me know. This way I can delete the dead post and you will earn likes for the new post. What do you think Admin?

    The prefix "Dead" can be used by everyone. So, if a dead thread has a new link, the OP, or a mod can remove the prefix.

    "11. Do not post duplicate content. Search before posting to make sure. If you want you can add a mirror to an existing thread that was marked as [ DEAD ] due to a bad link. If you find a thread with a bad link you should report it. If the OP does not post a new link in a week from the moment he was notified, the thread will be moved to Trash."

    I have added a new prefix: "GroupBuy".
    This prefix can be used by mods or myself to approve a Group Buy.
