    Hey guys, need a little help here. I'm a video editor. For the past few days I've been watching lots of Adidas Commercial Video for inspiration and this one particular video really caught my eye.

    I really like this type of editing; the VHS glitch effects, frame in frame* effect, speed ramps, the sound design, it's simple yet looks so rich and cool. I mean for a beginner like me, this editing is doable.

    So the question is:
    1. What do you call this type/style of video? I would love to explore more, if you know any channel or videos that creates similar style please please tell me.

    2. What is this effects called? Screenshot attached. I called it frame in frame* but i can't seem to find anything when i typed this in Youtube. frame in frame.PNG

    That image just looks like a smaller scaled clip just added on top of the very same background clip
