    Photographing with intention is what separates the lucky, candid portrait from the evocative portrait. The evocative portrait begins with mindfulness and sensitivity towards the subject.

    Light is also key, but lighting can seem overwhelming with its many tools and techniques. But once your intention is clear, those choices quickly narrow, letting the fun begin. In this stimulating presentation, Gregory Heisler will inspire you to change gears.

    He'll explain his philosophy and methodology as a deliberate process that leaves room for the inevitable, unpredictable, spontaneous shifts that occur when the picture is being made.

    While portraiture is always collaborative, the power ultimately rests with the photographer—learn how to use this power to create the best work for your clients, and for yourself.

    That works for most sites, however, there are some sites that do not allow hot linking, meaning that an image can only be called from allowed websites; in that case you will only see "IMG" text so you will have to look for alternatives.
