IDM ( https://www.internetdownloadmanager.com/ ) is an inexpensive paid program that works wonders and can handle almost anything - if it can't handle it then it probably will in a few weeks once they update it (which is done frequently). Kajabi uses Wistia for their embedded videos and IDM handles them well - the only drawback is that Wistia returns a generic title - not the title that the creator has added to the Kajabi page, so you have to copy/paste and number each file manually. I use IDM constantly, and it's well worth the low lifetime cost.

You could also try a wistia browser plugin, which sniffs out wistia videos specifically such as https://github.com/serpapps/kajabi-video-downloader (note, I've not tried this so not endorsing, I just see it recommended from time to time).
