How to download videos from netflix , prime videos , Disney+ and many online streaming platform

There's no such things as "netflix packets", but you have packets containing video. If you have no knowledge of how data communication works or how data packet works, or what a sniffer is and how it works, I'm afraid it will be a steep learnig curve.

If I was about to record from these companies I would probably go for one of those suggested earlier, as they can connect direct to ex. netflix with your user and pass - you can also schedule the recording to when it suits you best.

If this was something I just wanted to do a couple of times I would probably record the screen - maybe get a second monitor just for this purpose and lock the recorder to the browser or app used to play it.

If the files got big I would use AME or as you, handbrake, to convert it.

Anyway, that's just my opinion. Good sniffers would be wireshark, tcpdump/windump etc...
