How to edit like this ?

    Hi
    friends
I am trying to learn this kind of editing. Experts please guide me how to achieve these results. There are three photographers I know doing such type of editing. She is one of them. Is it Sponge tool and then Dodging and burning or something else..How she had achieved the dodge and burn effects with colors..Any suggestions please:

Having tried to replicate the last image, I got very close by using the Nik Collection HDR Efex Pro 2 plugin. The clothing on the other images can be done by sampling a colour, and painting it over the required parts. I wouldn't even say they used dodging and burning but rather black at a low opacity to colour in the shadows. If HDR didn't boost the colours enough, bump up the saturation.

Try to move your shadows slider to >80
    clarity > 30

I would look for a tutorial on how to create this watercolor effect
