Still sceptical about that, because i think the only way to grow is quality + $ for promotions & a bit of interaction with your followers. But maybe i`m wrong.

 

content quality, consistency, patience, and don't u ever join the engagement group. It is tempting at first but it will kills your engagement and brand knows it well, who are the regular accounts that commenting in your post. They know an artificial engagement and the real one.
