    I don't think this will be re-uploaded unless he has the password for it. I think the source of this is www.psdly.com which will give you the password if you are their premium member.

    This was a request for fulfillment here since I am a premium member of that site. They have refused multiple requests to provide a password so the info and links were removed, it was marked "Dead" and mods were notified to delete.
