The work, which consists of rock photographs and background musician interviews, honors one of Finland's most significant photographers and brings to life the booming boom of Finnish rock.

Jouko Lehtola (1963–2010) was known as a photographer, especially for his series of photographs depicting young people and youth culture, as well as social issues.

Known as the singer of Don Poor, Kalle Ahola has interviewed artists in the book, such as Ville Valo and Michael Monroe, as well as members of CMX and the Third Woman. Journalist Ville Hartikainen has written the interviews as articles.
