Start off by exploring and searching for elements that define your style. Analyze the different types of frames for your composition and see the creation process for a mood board. Then, select the team and equipment for your shoot.

Next, time to start the shoot! Once you’ve got everything prepared, Jvdas teaches you how to direct your model, how to sort out any challenges you may face, and how to work with your team to achieve the best results.

Postproduction is essential to defining your style. Move from selecting your photos and correcting colors, to refining an editing process and applying the final details. Lastly, Jvdas gives you some advice on how to export your images, as well as how to build, showcase, and publish your portfolio.

What you need
Basic photography skills are required to take this course.

As for materials, you’ll need: a camera, basic lighting equipment, a model to photograph, a location, a team for the shoot, and a computer with Photoshop and Camera Raw installed.
