    Landscape Editing Workshop

This workshop shows you exactly how I create the moody, atmospheric landscape images you see in my work, building depth, light, and intention from the raw file up.

If you've spent time looking at my landscape work, you've probably noticed something about it.

The images feel heavy in the right way, weighted, atmospheric, like the weather actually meant something when the shot was taken.

There's depth in the shadows, warmth where the light breaks through, a colour palette that holds together rather than fighting itself.

    That doesn't happen automatically.

    It's the edit.

Most landscape photographers either over-process their images, pushing contrast and saturation until everything looks dramatic but nothing looks real, or they under-edit and end up with something that looks exactly like the flat RAW file they started with.

Neither gets you to the images you want to be making.

The difference is knowing what you're trying to create before you start, and having the specific skills to get there. That's what this workshop teaches.

    What you'll learn

    • How to build mood and atmosphere into a landscape edit, what creates that weighted, cinematic feeling and how to do it deliberately
    • How to shape and paint light through a scene, adding depth and drama without making it look processed
    • How to blend multiple exposures cleanly to handle scenes where the dynamic range is too wide for a single shot. without complex luminosity masks
    • How to simplify colour and create a palette that holds together, the difference between images that feel cohesive and ones that feel muddy or chaotic
    • How to use tone and contrast to guide the viewer's eye through the frame
    • How to think about landscape composition.

Seven complete edits, worked in real time

Seven landscape edits from raw file to finished image, covering a range of conditions and moods, from brooding overcast scenes and dramatic storm light to softer, quieter images that rely on subtlety rather than drama.

Every decision explained as it happens. No jump cuts, no skipped steps.

You don't need editing experience to start

Most photographers who find my landscape work aren't experienced editors; they know roughly what the main sliders do, and they've been editing mostly by feel.

    That's fine.

This workshop doesn't assume prior knowledge.

It gives you a completely different way of thinking about what a landscape edit is actually trying to do.

If you enjoy my YouTube channel and like my landscape work, this workshop is the closest thing to sitting beside me while I edit, watching every decision as it happens and understanding exactly why I made it.

By the end, you'll know how to look at a landscape image and see what it needs, not just correct it, but shape it into something that carries the mood and atmosphere of being there.

That's the gap between the images you're making now and the ones you want to be making.

This workshop shows you exactly how to do it.

Please, note that the course is incomplete: Introduction, Fundamentals and RAW files are not included. ONLY the 7 complete edits are included.
