Part of the joy of portrait photography is that we get to celebrate our subjects. Not only do we get to explore and capture their beauty, but we also get to help them celebrate themselves!

In this episode I invite two older female subjects to step in front of the camera and create inspiring portraits that capture their spirit and vitality.

I’ll showcase a number of different lighting techniques that flatter these silver haired ladies as well as create concepts that fit their style and aesthetic.

If you don’t have many older subjects in your portfolio this might be a great opportunity to add them and pitch your clients beautiful memories for themselves and their families. Think anniversaries, age milestones, accomplishments etc. All of these ideas are something you can offer your portrait clients so they keep coming back for more!
