George asked me to write up a quick note about why we're closing this thread since it's persisted for so long: Since this thread is circling the drain, has always skirted the rules a bit/been considered low quality content, and because it's turned into a bit of a like farm, the mod team has decided to close the thread to further replies and to archive it. We'll leave the remaining links up for now (what few are still alive), but please don't repost this content, or content like it in the future.

If you're thinking about posting "Behind-the-scenes" content in the future, a good rule of thumb is to first ask yourself if the creator is clearly trying to provide educational/how-to content or are they simply filming their shoot. If it's the former, then it's probably OK. If it's the latter, then it's probably not.
