For me this considered as graphics, it is no longer retouch. However, the rendition is more about on Illustrator not focusing in still frame photos or images & not focusing more on Photoshop. Even if the photo is is made in Photoshop the outcome of it is still in graphics. Either it is a rendition of cartoonic effect the end results will be in graphics.

Admin, @h1ghm1nd @george @vrdude hoping we will be keeping the group's theme related only on Photo & Video, and minimal on other related tutorials stuffs concerns. Thanks, I would like to request to move it to the Other Downloads. Thanks, looking forward to it.

 

I do agree with you @vrdude. However, we need to be in particular with the group or with the club's main theme why it is been build of or created for. Photo and Video, right? But also, this was also build for all kinds of learning curves. And graphics is also a part and essential in photography or videos esp. on making CD / Album covers, stickers, graphic templates/ .PSD for Instagram or any other websites.

vrdude, if it will be possible if we could raise this to @h1ghm1nd , if we could officially request for another sections that only caters for graphics.
