    Yup also, unable to download. Takes to a page and then another page and then nothing. Try it several times on Chrome and Edge, same result

Once verified, click "create download link" — at this point, a separate web page will pop up, resulting in two pages open. The newly popped-up page is likely an advertisement, so you can ignore its content. Go back to the other page and click "click to down".
