I think you'll have to be more specific. The plugin is a free install via the Adobe Creator Cloud or via their UXP installer. It's the add on packs they charge for.
You are correct. BUT, if you have the app cracked any pack (you still need the pack itself of course .mbr file) will be working! I have lots of packs, but until I have the app "fixed" they ask for a serial number.
