This is a Hidden Lesson from the Premium Membership Proflows+ named 'VHS Skull'. Originally this was the first Q&A session that ended up as a bonus 'Glitch FX' lesson. The project and assets were not included by the author. I searched the Media used as Assets and created the Project based on the video tutorial.

There are two videos included, the Original with a duration of 27+ minutes and the same tutorial edited by myself, shortened as a Summary, and improved with Zoom for small Monitors.
