    I still can't seem to get the colour JPGs to load even after copying the RA_Docs folder to the destination mentioned in the error code :( anyone have any suggestions?

    So, that's means you've got a wrong installation process.

    1) Go back to start, again. And then, change .zxp to .zip. [see youtube video on .zxp installation failed]. Then, install the .zip file by opening by right clicking it. And then, you will be seeing the .tpl from the tools. Lastly, open the photoshop apps again, load the .tpl file from where did you open the file.

    2) And also, gather all the files, where did you opened it. Copy and paste to the CEP folder, or just overwrite the files.

    I wouldn't mind sharing it, but can you install it on just 2 computers?

    Purchasing the RA panels allows a single user to install and use a copy of the software product on up to 2 (two) computers (across his or her home, office, and studio stations, which can be laptops and/or desktops) for his or her sole use.
