    Sorry for all dead links, My premium is down. Anyone who has a mirror please feel free to update. I think most of my offerings were on the Video Tutorials page but maybe a handful in "Other Downloads." I see @bbrooks got one, thanks for that. I'm currently traveling and working with access only in hotels with garbage internet. Thank you.
