Name your favourite tutorials and teachers.

Chris Knight, Zack Arias, Joel Meyerowitz, and Joey L are all very clear in their delivery and I've learned a lot from all of them.

One of the most enjoyable videos I've watched is Alec Soth's Photographic Storytelling. I think he's an exceptional photographer (and really nice in person).

The best for me: Ted Gore, Enrico Fossati, Alex Noriega, Nick Page, Ryan Dyar and Sean Bagshaw.

 

Others teach photography, Paul Apalkin taught melancholy.

 

Sorry, forgot to mention Michael Shainblum. I love his processing, never overdone.

Can anyone recommend an excellent sharpening technique for portraits..I have tried a few techniques and actions but still haven't found the perfect one yet...I would love to hear any suggestions.
