OK Silly Question regarding Gold Membership Purchase

I want to purchase a gold members pass but I'm Probably having a dumb moment in reading what to do - Is this the way? could someone just say yes or no - Big Thanks in Advance

To Get Gold you go to [partner site] and just click on Purchase on the frontpage? this will then enable after a short time to get Gold Membership ( and I just noticed PayPal now - this is a good option)

I think that is how it works Do I have to put my Username in the Order Notes section on the Payment Page? so you no I/We are purchasing Gold Membership.
