    There are not two RAR files; there is only one file.

    Once I unzipped, it brings up another folder and inside is another Rar

    I downloaded twice and same thing

    It seems to be caused by your file compression software. Are you using macOS?

    Tried again, getting error code again.

    Using windows

    Okay, I did the unzipping slightly different this time and it finally worked !

    Basically had to open up the rar software and manually select and it worked
