Page This course exists as a result of a decade of tinkering with analog processes to perfect my colors and approach to the medium, an honors degree in photography with a formal darkroom and printmaking education, and a passion for film. In this course I break down everything involved in my approach to color in 45 individual videos. The course is tailored specifically towards allowing you to take complete control of the look of your film scans. It goes through detailed breakdowns for approaches to lab scans vs home scans and the variety of intricacies involved in different approaches. My process mainly involves working with Photoshop, but as part of this course I transfer some of the methodology to Lightroom too, in case that is your preferred method of photo editing. This course is not purely an editing software tutorial. My editing process is a big part of it, but the main focus is on helping you develop an understanding of my approach to color and how it can be applied to your photographic practice as a whole, irrespective of software.
