    just drag Photo Mechanic 6 into the linked applications folder, unmount the dmg and launch it from the applications folder. everything should work fine.

    You need to allow installing of applications from any source. Read the "read me" for instructions on how to do this...

    Managed to get it to work:

    1. Open ‘Read Me’ folder
    2. Click on ‘How to fix damaged app messages on macOS Sierra’
    3. as per instructions, enter the command ‘sudo spctl –master-disable’ into the terminal window
    4. Drag ‘Photo Mechanic 6’ app icon into Applications folder
    5. Open ‘Open Gatekeeper Friendly’ and run as usual
    6. Open Photo Mechanic 6 and all should be fine

    I am running Mojave 10.14.3 and terminal command worked fine even though is says macOS Sierra
