I have each month a supply of (mostly English) Photography magazines. Great stuff! Is there any interest on this forum for such posts? If so in which subforum should I put it? Or shall we make a new subforum?
Why not.I personally download some of the photoshop related magazines and I would love to more stuff posted here.
All the big ones just seem to offer rehashed content or watered down how-tos. There are some gems, though - the ones that focus more on the art and certain photographers rather than 140 pages of fluff. So if you have access to those - by all means. Would approach admin about a new subforum, and then a sub in that sub forum focusing on magazines, and then another on books/epub (for the c1 book I uploaded)
Ok thanks @colorspace . A lot of the magazines are indeed covering same old. But I have some gems each month. But hey, there are always people who want to read those same old how tos. @h1ghm1nd can you please advise on how to proceed?
A lottttt, mainly mainstream magazines, like the ones in this list. But every now and then there are some unknown magazines that come across. I uploaded just some from the last couple of days to give an example: https://we.tl/4u3qlmuCYP Will start uploading to mega tomorrow and post them on this forum. We'll see if they get any likes. Maybe a subforum for eBooks as well?
Please post them in Other Downloads for now. For the future, I could create a forum, depending on members interest.
I would say a new section for magazines would be better. Magazines tend to change monthly while ebooks are less frequent. There are some really good ebooks available and it would be a shame for them to be pushed down the section with magazines.
