    Hi all,

I hope that im allowed to ask this question here:)
So like most of you im trying to learn more about photography and editing programs. The last few days i have been focusing on focus stacking within Photoshop and to remove tourist from photos using the MEDIAN stack mode for smart objects.

But i would like to know if the following is possible:

Combine 5 photos by using the focus stacking method (Auto-blend layers). This has the result that you end up with 1 image.

But after the focus stacking i would like to remove the (moving) tourists by using the median stacking option for smart object.

Either one seperately works perfect but is there a way to combine them?

I hope you can understand what i mean. Thanks in advance.

Don't forget to inspect the photo, as using median for this can introduce both ghosting and artifacts

    Thanks all.

Yes, but that results in 1 photo so nothing to stack anymore:). As far as my small knowledge goes:)

Yes, this is indeed a very problematic issue.
