Please help me to get best portrait skin action..

There is no such a thing as good action man, I haven't found any action that works for me, so I have to create my own. You have to fine tune these photoshop techniques and settings as per you requirements. If you need fill light I suggest Portrait Pro plugin, for skin smooth I would suggest portraiture or skinfiner. You have to tone down the settings of these plugins as per photo like if the photo is wide the settings should be less or if the photo is closeup the settings should be increase, so on and so forth. There are so many ways to achieve the same thing in photoshop, just experiment around, learn plugins, techniques and build up your own set of tools and techniques. And as such these are my ideas and they are very subjective.

I use to use it a lot and then add grain afterwards helps out a lot as well. Adding grain on any retouching helps "hide" the retouch or smoothing. A little trick from me, a 25 year veteran in photography and retouching
