    How do you open the "zip document " files. It downloads as a zip document. Have no idea WTF it is :) Please and thank you

    Don't be scared. Just click the first compressed file then your computer will unzip it.

    I used a winzip and it will not open. The files downloaded as a zip document not the usual zip format

    What does it say? It's a zip file, it's just numbered by parts.

    for me don't work too I try to uncompress with many uncompressors and one uncompressor say that is incomplete (I have the 5 parts) the other side Error 1 operation not permitted
    part1 is 910mb and the others 4 are 1.5 gb

    If part 1 is just 910 MB, try to redownload it again. It should be 1.4 GB. Then extract files, that should fix the error.

    I did right now, and now error is no such directory, but it's ok, don t worry, very appreciate anyways :)

    It doesn't download as a zip archive as it usually does it downloads as a document file for some reason..

    Maybe try to redownload all files. Maybe one of the files are not completely downloaded that's why. Alright then. No problem.

    The files are named "Filename.zip.001" , I suggest you change the extension to "Filename001.zip" if your software can't recognize the compressed file, I used Keka for compressing these files BTW. You can use that if your using Mac.
