    Download and extract the zip file into the CEP folder. This should work for anyone who has trouble with the installer.

    Mate, you don't need a zxp file. Follow my link from post #28. Download the file and extract.
    Just copy the contents to the CEP folder - C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions (Windows) or /Library/Application Support/Adobe/CEP/extensions (mac) and restart photoshop. You should seel the panel under Extensions.

    Thank you for explaining this! I was thinking I was the only one that couldn't figure it out!! hahaha! I've never used panels...this is my first time! Ok so I got it to install with no issues, but I can't figure out how to work it! When I click create, it says the infinite color actions are missing...did I do something wrong, or do I just need to learn how to use the dang thing? lol. Thank you thank you to @convectuoso and @govindar76 for this!!!
