Hey guys, i only uploaded links and files for this forum. Unfortunately several of these links got deleted by mega today. Can anyone explain me how this is possible? Is mega just random checking files or is this forum on the brink to get deleted because of all the copyright violations? Greetz Paul
Maybe the forum is too open? I mean without registration you already see a lot of the stuff posted here. Still no link but if you interested in dcma stuff the registration is just some clicks away.
I too have noticed that if you search on Google a specific way the posts show up. It's only a matter of time before we see more stuff being taken down unless robots are turned off to prevent such a thing happening.
Actually the content of a thread (including links - hidden or not) is not visible to non-members. The problem is not the forum, but the files. Mega can tell if some files are not allowed to be shared and deletes them asap.
I stand corrected. The way I was able to find a certain post on the site has now changed. Before I was able to search for the hero shot tutorial for example, go to google images and it would show the link to this site. Anyone can then join and see the links. This now seems to not be an issue.
