    Hello, friends.

Im a wedding photographer and I love it every single wedding. But I believe that I love it because Im telling a story, not for any other reason. As a kid I was always fascinated by the photographs I found in National geographic that told someone's story(or something) and especially the work of Steve McCurry - That being said - I love a huge part of magnum photos.

Because Im a family man with two kids and loads of other responsibilities I cannot travel around the globe like any Magnum photographer, but I believe that there are a lot of stories I can tell through photography(For instance I have 2 in my mind at the moment - there is a grandma in my building that I want to shoot and also I have a friend that works as a first responder).
I don't believe that Street Photography is for me, altough I admire a ton of street photographers.

There are a lot of courses that teach how to do a photoshoot of a couple or do street photography. I am in the search of a course that will teach me how to craft a story of someone or something - how to communicate with the person and get inside of their close space.

No specific links to courses off the top of my head. I'd just search around here for documentary courses. One of my favorite documentary story tellers is Kevin Mullins. Check him out and see if that is the direction you are leaning. He does offer courses.https://www.kevinmullinsphotography.co.uk/

Thank you! His work is great, I can totally see why you'd recommend him! I saw his website and his focused on weddings, portraits and family sessions which is what most courses teach - Im in the search for a course to tell stories of people outside of the paid shoot
