I had this issue, it was because I was not connected to the internet. Now if I want to use it I connect briefly while using it, it works for 4 or 5 times before it crashes again. So if I use it intensely I leave my connection on.
I have Windows 11 24h2 and it works great for me. I don't know why it won't work on your PC. Check your PC's smartscreen or user account control or windows defender or something like that
Can anyone tell me a precise way of completely uninstalling all prior versions before installing this one? I have always installed new ones over prior ones.
damn im back to the red screen no matter what i do. deleted all reg settings, all traces of the plugins reinstalled. i would actually buy these if he didnt ask ridiculous prices for them each. not sure that currency he puts the pricing at but i assume USD? at 149 thats 226 aud for 1 plugin.
i also started to get the red/black screen. for some reason i had to install a previous version of PS. somehow it started to work in that.
We also have to recognize that this is software that is not being paid for by us and is extremely useful, so we must live with the persistence of its creators to verify if the license is legitimate. in my case I have been using it for years and when these types of problems arise such as REDFILL, CRASH or BLACKSCREEN, I just reinstall it and everything goes back to normal. After installation, you open Photoshop and with the image already open you must go to: Filter> Reotuch4me and select the plugins what you need.
I'd be interested in MAC version as well. To be honest i'd like to buy some of them, but I want to properly test it first on my older images and when i will be able to restart my business again, I'm definitely buying it. Just it's not possible for now. As well as I'd like to buy it in Rubles, because the price is completely different. (which I would maybe understand for US, but for other eastern european countries it's insane. (especially if you cannot verify how good it actually works)
still REDFILL how did you reinstall it? i remove the entire installation from: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 20XX (Your Photoshop version) \Plug-ins C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-Ins\CC\Filters Also go to Win+R, type "Regedit", go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE and delete the plugin with problems and the folder called "Allayers". and still.....redfill
