    Just curious, can this tutorial be understood by someone who does not know any Russian?

    Am not sure this is the best way or fastest way but I spent about an hour and came up with this. I have not try it yet.

    How to transcribe / adding subtitle text and synch to video using youtube


    Or you can use Google Doc to auto type for you... Then you feed the text into youtube as shown in the above video.




    Once you have the Russian subtitle made you can use youtube to translate the CC to english or what other language you want.

    Then you use a screen recoder to make a new video with english CC burn in.

    If you know an easier way please tell
