Russian Videos

    Can we maybe get a Russian Videos folder for all videos that are in the Russian language? Also, while reading the rules, I noticed that the first rule is English only.

    The English Only rule can be broken if it's accompanied by subtitles, but that is rare.
    And better option than getting a new folder would be if posters would actually TAG a post with the word Russian
