    Please uninstall and reinstall the software, and use the corrected version.

    What do I need to do to see this problem? So that I can then follow up on it and fix it.

    Just opening the program and selecting one of the default templates (outdoors or interior) causes this.

    the crack leads to gpu issues. after updating to 3.1.14, the crack stop working

    You of course cannot just update from someone's crack, each update has to be cracked and is why yours stopped working.

    not sure with this way of cracking. -but my issue was a gpu issue with nvidia gpus only. with intel igpus works well.
    - now everything works fine with the updated link
