Stop thanking every dang post, just click like Newbie. You ruin all the new posts. Did you really have to comment like on every dang post?

 

Ironically, this is true to a degree - not to put off the appreciation for a recognized well-meaning "thanks" - but the system is designed to 'bump' the thread UP in hierarchy of "New Posts" - inadvertently driving down the truly fresh new posts on the Landing Page of the forum. One can choose to select "new posts" (see image):


This will break out the real new posts - this further creates some confusion because they each carry the same name . . .

 

His comments show up on All post, recent and new post. I can always tell when I newbie has joined bc at least 1-2 pages are either Bump +1 or re upload please comments...LMAO which is frustrating. But just saying thanks on every dang post you "liked" is ridiculous and obnoxious

 

I agree . . . flooding is uncool . . .
