In this class you will learn how to use a variety of images that can inspire and engage your audience. You will also learn how the angle in which you take a photo can make a huge difference, that every day with practice and self assignments you can improve your story telling skills. It will also help you convey whatever message you want to share now or in the future. From start to finish you will put together a story using your visuals and the techniques outlined in the class and what questions to ask yourself to help fine tune your objective.


This however, is not a technical class. I will not go into the specifics of what software to use or online platforms to create your slideshow. There are many tutorials and classes out there that specialize in just that, by far more experienced teachers than myself. This class however, is intended to inspire you, to expand your knowledge of what works in an image with examples and hopefully spark the skills you already have within you. Whether you are a budding photographer or a team mom that just wants to put together an end of the season slide show, these skills are transferable. They will help you see photography in every day life. It will give you the tools so you tell a well rounded story using a variety of photographic techniques, far beyond what our selfie driven society demonstrates daily.
