   As I can see, usage of storages other than Mega or Drive is against rules.
   Is that rule strong?
   For example, now I've 2Tb storage on cloud.mail.ru, where I put all my video tutorials.
   So it's hard to keep alive links on Mega (50 Gb of free plan) or google-drive (15 Gb).

   I think - as long as you keep the content up - you’re fine. It’s the temp hosts that are a problem.
   
   The nice thing about mega and drive stream are you don’t have to download things to add them to your personal collection.

   For me it's working only with drive, which not very common in my country. And for Mega I need use VPN and can't add links to collection, I must download them.
   And for allmost all russian courses which I have, I need to upload them to some storage because there isn't existed link on drive.
