    Probably a failure of the software on my side, I had difficulties reading the azw3 format, and the epub and pdf conversions were subpar or unreadable. Anyway I took a failed pdf apart and jury-rigged a rebuild. Some may like to have a serviceable pdf in addition to the azw3 format provided above. If so, please enjoy my amateur attempt, but I humbly request that you first give the OP in post #1 (@Thunder) and mirrors in posts #4 and #10 (@jbgood47 & @Coraline) their well-deserved "likes".

    This link below is only for a homemade "pdf" format. Please go to above post #10 for an active mirror of the original azw3.
