Suggest a program to cut .3gpp audio file

Hi guys! Can someone recommend me a program to edit/ cut an .3gpp audio file? I want smth very simple. All I need is to take out parts of an audio recording and keep only some other parts. I kept looking for recommendations on Google but I have enough of installing programs and in the end they all tell me they don't support my type of file. Thanks!
