I had in mind too to open this post, you have anticipated me @Leona95. However, these are what I consider very interesting, the must have to be clear. I have 600Gb of courses on the hard disk and a very slow 10Mb connection. I have to buy another 1Tb hard disk because I have only 10Gb free, and other 3Gb of space occupied. I will add more advice as soon as I look at other material.

Here's my fav course (or must have imho):

    SLRLounge:
    Photographing The Milky Way Workshop
SLR Lounge - Lighting 101 Foundation & Light Shaping
    SLRLounge - Lighting 201

    FStoppers:
All the photographing the world series (1, 2, 3, 4)
How to become a commercial wedding photographer
    Peter Hurley: Perfecting the Headshot

    Books:
all the Roberto Valenzuela - Wedding Storyteller

For anyone who likes Off Camera Flash, I would highly recommend Damien Lovegrove - LUMEN

Anyone interested in Filmmaking/Videography then Philip Bloom's - Filmmaking for Photographers is outstanding.

have a look at Alec Soth: Photographic Storytelling.

Also, i'm not sure if it's on the site, but there's a documentary about Gregory Crewdson called "Brief Encounters" that's quite good.

Oh, and "In No Great Hurry" which is a documentary about Saul Leiter.
