    I've already downloaded the updated profile, but still show only basic preset.

    And did you import the whole rar file through Lightroom? That should do. You can also try restarting Lightroom or whole PC.

    Yes, I tried both importing zip file and pasting manually, but still doesn't work.

    Are the natural profiles on this pack the same as on the green pack I and III or do I need to download them all?
