Homepage is no longer available The "Solaris Project" was born as an idea to simulate the Ferrenia Solaris in Lightroom with a preset. I made a few drafts and discussed them in the Facebook group about the Classic Presets. It turned out that for many a functioning, easy-to-understand look is more important than an exact simulation of a film that many people don't even know anymore. (You'll be amazed at how few know about Kodachrome.) A new idea jumped into my head at the time. How about simulating many that didn't even exist, but that have the same analog charm? The possibilities are limitless and once you understand how our digital data differs from the physical properties of negative and positive films, you can conjure up a nice little portfolio of presets that offer exactly what is important to you. pass: pv-club Mod edit Gold link removed
