    I had the same problem this morning (7 hours ago), it said something like "download limit reached for this file", but now is working.

    Is this a restriction on the viewer due to viewer specific playback or the uploader's total viewers playback time?

    I'm having an issue with the "how to make an ugly modifier beautiful" file where the audio just drops out at the 4 minute mark.
