Have you applied the registry file.

This is what has to be done first.
Solution for Windows:

1. Run the ae reg for pc file corresponding to the version of After Effects or Photoshop that is installed on your system.

2. In the pop-up window, click “OK”

Then the Serial/Key.

That's how it worked on my Photoshop ver24.2

 

Turn off Windows Firewall and check "Allow extensions to connect ..." in Photoshop/Preferences/Plugins.

Activate, restart Photoshop, uncheck "Allow extensions ..." and turn on Firewall.

Won't load for me and states wasn't digitally signed. Any ideas here?

 

Mac: In the terminal, type: defaults write com.adobe.CSXS.9 PlayerDebugMode 1 (CSXS.8 for CC 2018; CSXS.10 for CC 2021; CSXS.11 for CC 2022)
