I don't manage them, they manage me . I test maybe 20% of the presets I have and keep the ones I like (few Filtergrades (moody ones, because I like them dark, as my soul), some influencer presets because my significant other like them (fashionmumblr, Levetseva, Bezdar,...). They are organised in folders like this:

Trying on different pictures the new ones where I see "potential". But in the end I have a list of few I use more often, the rest I prefer to delete (basically all the blogger ones :D). My favs are Peter McKinnon (strange eh?! :)) and Tribe LiveFolk & 1888AD

I kind of love the ones that emulate film. Often they have camera profiles.

It's proven that the more presets you have the slower LR gets. So it's recommended to sort out everything you don't use. Just keep your favourites. Same with the camera profiles and alle the other presets like curves and local adjustments. It will speed up your workflow and finally you have more consistency in your style :)

I test my presets on a single image made of up 6 vastly different images (subject, colours, exposure, depth of field) so I can quickly see if they are any good/have potential, most end up being junk tbh. I find testing each one on a single photo takes far too long.
